About Us

Outside of real estate, we each have our favorite pastimes, but also have quite a few hobbies that we like to do together. For example, we enjoy cooking, learning about York’s history, taking joy rides around town and going on an adventure to find the next best foodie spot that our region has to offer. We have even compiled a list on our website of our favorite restaurants that you simply must try when you’re in town. We are very family-oriented, placing a high importance on our close-knit family. We do what we can to support those in need around our area, partly through volunteer work with the Catholic Harvest Food Pantry. In addition, when working with our clients, we take anything they don’t need – clothes, furniture, gently used appliances, etc. – and find a new home for these items at donation centers and shelters like the Veteran’s Helping Hands organization. Our love for the York community is abundant and we couldn’t be prouder to represent the best it has to offer.

Our business ties us strongly to our valued clients and our goal is to continue to extend you a level of service and attention that is not dependent on whether you are prepared to do a transaction. I met John while I was working in a law firm. At the time we met, I was looking for a change in my career and his business was taking off. The opportunity to become a licensed agent presented itself and I jumped at the chance to be a part of his team. My background with the law firm helped develop my organizational skills and detail-oriented thought process. These traits are vital to my work with clients. There are so many moving parts to a transaction that it can be hard for the client to keep them straight and I provide a comfort in knowing that I have every step mapped out for them.

I have found that the key to any good client relationship is not just listening, but listening to understand. Everyone’s situation is different and if you don’t take the time to truly understand their needs, fears, hesitations and limitations, then you can’t effectively advocate for them.

I pride myself on my mental endurance and ability to help a client keep a positive outlook. A real estate transaction can become convoluted and requires the stamina to stay focused and determined throughout the whole process. I adapt my approach to fit each client’s personality, whether it be that they need an encouraging confidence boost or someone to patiently listen to their frustrations and guide them to a solution.
